由於系統的限制，AQ worldwide的中文為簡體中文， 我們會繼續努力祈能儘速完成繁體中文之介面。

請注意，以下這個畫面的 "补充信息" - "Profession" 請填寫職業 Bank Account numbers (This Field is encrypted for your privacy*) 回答：确认請填"同一組號碼" eg. 回答：1234567890 確認：1234567890 （這邊填寫的資料僅作為註冊確認用，非轉帳用！）

注意事項：

1. 由於我們會依照客戶的需求，使用這兩個問卷平台，因此建議您兩個平台均登錄註冊，以便收到更多專案的邀請信。
2. 免費登錄，登錄後若在您填寫的地區有相關任務，您將收到任務邀請信，請依照您方便執行的時間/地點提出申請。AQ的付款政策：案件提交完成審核後的次次月底轉帳付款。
3. 登錄後，並沒有接案限制，但亦無派案保證。
4. [Tips] 如何增加派案機會：收到任務邀請後儘快申請、、資料填寫正確，不兒戲，避免火星文、成功收到派案之後，依照指示規定儘速完成....建立信心等。

附： This agreement must be approved , in order for us to accept your participation. As a mystery shopper for AQ Services International, I agree to the following: （您必須簽署本同意書，以正式成為AQ的秘密客。） 為AQ Service International 執行秘密客任務，我同意：

1. Safety first. I understand that safety is the first and most important factor during my mystery visit; 安全第一。本人了解安全是執行任務中最首要之要素。

2. Confidentiality. I treat the results of this mystery visit strictly confidential and will not distribute any information related to these activities to other parties; 保密。本人不會將任何與本案相關的內容或結果，透露給他人知悉。

3. Compliance. I executed the mystery visit according to the briefing manual and instructions that were given to me. I will always assess using the highest standards; 遵從。我遵照走訪說明以及給我的相關指示，以最高標準執行評估。

4. Integrity. The results in this questionnaire are an accurate and objective description of my observations during the mystery visit; 誠實。我依照當次秘密客任務觀察所得，正確且客觀地提交問卷。

5. Conflict of Interest. I do not work for the client or any subsidiary of the client, and I do not have any form of relationship with any of their employees, am not an owner, employee or affiliate of any company that exploits similar activities; 利益衝突迴避。本人沒有在查核的店家/品牌/集團中任職，也沒有與該品牌/店家員工有任何形式的關係、亦非同經營或任職相同產業。

6. Essence. I will not, under any circumstances, reveal to the client that I am a mystery shopper and thus will act as a real customer/guest. If by accident, my identity was revealed, I will inform AQ Services` management of this immediately. 核心精隨。 不論任何情況之下，本人不會在執案前、中、後、洩漏秘密客之身份，並始終表現真實顧客之姿態。若身份暴露，我會立刻通知AQ Services的相關人員。 (繁體中文 updated on 2014/12/15)
